Balsamic Chicken Legs

4-6 Skinless Chicken Legs (drumsticks)
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 TBL Horseradish Mustard (or spicy brown mustard)
3 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves- minced
1 tsp ground black pepper

In a resealable bag mix all ingredients together (minus the chicken).
Add chicken to the bag and toss evenly. Let set in refrigerator 2-4 hours. The longer it sits, the more flavor.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a grated baking pan with non stick spray. Place chicken legs on pan. Use a grated pan that is elevated so the fat drips below the grates. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Serve brown rice and salad.
